Manny was absolutely AMAZING! The process to get our new car loan was smooth and seamless! His attention to detail and the quality of his customer service has made me a customer for LIFE. I was so impressed with his customer service I will transferring my business account to PrimeWay. There are a million banks to choose from and let’s be honest they all offer the same services but RARELY do you find a banker that gives the customer service that Manny does! Rachel at Primeway was extremely helpful with setting me up to refinance my auto loan. I normally feel intimidated when it comes to banking, but with Rachel, I felt like I was talking to family. She made the whole process easy and manageable. Hi, I just had to share one of the best experiences I had in a long time. Been a while since I’ve purchased a car but I wanted to find out about the new car program that PrimeWay CFU offered. I went to the bank and spoke to Manual, we hit it right off because of his personality and he made me so comfortable while answering all my questions. Next thing I know he asked me would you like to apply for the program? I didn’t think I was ready right then but by now my confidence was on point. I applied on Friday and was approved for the amount I requested for the car I had been researching. Went to the dealership that Monday and got the car of my dreams. Manual followed up on the true value of the car and that all paperwork from the dealership was correct. I was so impressed with this process and the patience he had taken with me, I am so very proud of him and his care for me. I picked up my car the next Friday and couldn’t believe how kind and patient Manual and the dealership was in securing my purchase and this process was amazing.
