Mary Palmer! Remember the name is what she said when taking to her on the phone, i see why the other customer service rep are rude! The leadership is terrible, considering her role she has no ideas what customer service looks are sounds like! Very sarcastic and disrespectful! You could be talking to the CEO of the company when someone calls in! You never know who u are talking tooo. Mary needs to be retrained, you can not lead a team if your customer service is trash! 🚮 account closed.

> My name is Sandra T., and I am a frequent patron of Priority Trust on Tidwell. Yesterday, I experienced a deeply troubling verbal interaction with an employee, Daysia C. Her conduct demonstrated a lack of professionalism and appropriate customer service, as she interjected herself into a matter that did not pertain to her role. Despite my clear request that she stop addressing me, she persisted and went so far as to suggest that I leave the credit union altogether. I departed feeling disrespected, targeted, and extremely frustrated by the encounter. I strongly urge Priority Trust to provide comprehensive training for its staff to ensure respectful, professional, and customer-focused interactions going forward.

I am here at the Tidwell location and the customer service is Terrible. They just allow the phone to ring and Don't bother about answering it, even though Bank employees are just walking around .I have been waiting for customer service for more than twenty minutes now.

I can understand being ready to go home at the end of the day, but if your posted hours state the drive thru is open until 6 p.m. then your members should be serviced until 6 p.m. I, along with another member was turned down minutes before 6. I arrived at 5:56p and they had already shut down the drive thru. As a matter of fact, the deputy didn't put out the cones until I had parked to get out to take pictures. What a luxury you have given your employees to decide they are done working for the day when it's not quite 6 p.m.

When I first joined, this credit union was great. Never had any issues in the beginning (for years). Recently there were several mergers with different banks/companies, multiple name changes. We have been having issues with our banking every since. And these are not small issues, they are major issues. Honestly looking into switching to a different bank.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
