Very dissapointed. Went in stood in line, only one teller available. Then finally three others come out and one teller gets right to it. During my time, three men had the opportunity to skip ahead of me. The lady that came from the back, maybe a manager or supervisor because she helped with an override asked a man at the BACK of the line if he needed help. I was in the front of the line. Then another man comes in and he doesn't wait in line at all. She calls him straight into her office. After over 45 minutes I left with 2 men skipping ahead and one being offered the opportunity to do so. I would not reccomend this particular branch. Online, another branch, or a completely different banking institution. Been a customer for almost 7 years. First time at this particular branch and I would not reccomend.

Was just told they had to close my account and open another one due to a bad check that I didn't write. After researching I had found that a friend had accidentally picked up my checkbook and written a check out of it instead of his. After finding out my account had no real threat to it, the bank still insisted on closing my account that I use to draft alot of bills out of. They could not see that it was an explainable detail that had no remaining threat. You wont get a personal experience here and you will spend alot more times waiting on service than other banks. Good luck!

I had a satisfying and wonderful experience working with the staff at the North Loop West location. Margie Tucker, Relationship Specialist is a gem. She is very knowledgeable, professional and provides excellent customer service. She truly help me navigate the auto loan and buying experience. She truly cares about the customer's needs and concerns. Margie is great!

I was assisted by Margie today. She was amazing. I am 90 years young. And she explained OLB to me and I understood. She is patient, wonderful personality. She told me to bring in my lap top and I receive a full blown tutorial. She is the best!!
