I've personally never had any issues with this bank. However, I don't understand why its so hard just to change the billing address on a bank account. I moved to a new house. I literally couldn't do it online, on the phone, nor on the app. I had to drive all the way to this location just to have them change my address which is kinda dumb in my opinion because I also have a PNC Bank account and with PNC I never had any issues changing my address online. Like seriously TDECU corporate fix this online bug. I also loved the old TDECU better the one that was located behind the Brazos mall on FM 2004. Parking here is ALSO Awful... So Parents if you have kids, please don't let them run on the parking lot. But yeah the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the employees who work here were very friendly and helpful plus it was very clean inside. Other than that, the online tools on the app are just plain junk that need to be fixed.

I think this bank steals peoples’ money. I don’t know what they do with my money, but I always get calls about my auto loan. The last time I spoke to someone I told them I was ahead on my payments. She dug into the computer and found there were steps not completed after a payment of $813 I made for my auto loan. I explained to her I was ahead half payment and she dug into the system and found notes and some steps that were not completed. If I hadn’t told her she would’ve taken another payment and those $813 would’ve disappeared and I’m out of $813. I can’t wait to finish paying my car off and no more TDECU for me

Went to use the ATM for a withdrawal at the new Lake Jackson facility. There are 3 ATMs onsite (2 drive-thru, 1 walk up). One of the drive-thru ATMs had a red light & error message and didn't work. The other drive-thru ATM showed it should be working (green light & welcome screen), but neither the card tap nor card insert worked. The ATM wouldn't respond at all. Then I tried the walk-up ATM. It took my card fine, but said withdrawals were unavailable. Guessing it was out of cash. For a brand new banking facility for an established credit union, their systems and service are frequently subpar. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a bank, and think it's probably time to find a new one myself.

It doesn’t matter if you pay your bills on time there will still say that you paid them late. It’s not when you paid the bill, it’s when they decide to receive the money. This place is a banking nightmare. Good interest rates, but the worst overall banking experience I’ve encountered. Plan to be on hold for the majority of the day.

It's a shame how far down this once great credit union has fallen. Service is sketchy at best, and they are trying to go overboard with so called security. Loan officers want to talk down to you and act like they have all the power. I have taken all of my funds except for a small checking and savings account just because they are close to me. I don't have any respect for anyone in any location any longer. I wish I could give a zero........
