I lost my job due to an injury so I didn’t have any direct deposits coming in so they closed my account down because it was negative $5. This company is horrible. They never answer the phone when you need them. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone.

We paid off our auto loan with them approximately 7 weeks ago - they have just now released the Title to the DMV where it may take another 6-8 weeks to have our title to the car. When I pressed them on why it took so long for them to release the title - they said they were backed up!!!! - seriously 6-8 weeks backed up. I feel like I am living in neverland with these people. When I went in to pay off the loan - they were rude, when I call, they are 'well - we are backed up'. AAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely infuriating to deal with. Do not put your money in Investex - who knows you may never get it out again.

Do not go to this credit union. They are slow, plodding, and utterly incompetent. In the past, I have had jobs that result in tip money, so I would regularly deposit cash into my account. I could never make a quick drop off because of how utterly slow the service was. Even if I dropped by this location 30 minutes before work to deposit, I would still be late to my shift with my work location a meager 3-5 minutes away down 1960. I thought I could stomach it despite those flaws. That was until I lost my debit card recently. I cancelled it, and that's all good. But then I dropped by the next day to order a new one. I waited two whole weeks for a new card while services I use kept getting cancelled because of lack of payment and no ability to pay. I had been watching my mailbox like a hawk waiting for new card. Turns out, the card was shipped directly to this location for pick up and not to my address. I was not notified this and my card sat at Investex for days without my knowledge. When I finally got my card, I attempted to activate it. The card refuses to activate via ATM despite the label saying it's a viable solution. Turns out they assigned my card to a specific phone number. I changed phone services recently and with that came a new number. The bank transferred my numbers so I could activate. I still unable to activate via phone or ATM and I'm sitting here unable to pay bills with a dead weight card because of poor service, incompetent staff, and just general tom foolery. Do not go here.

Very good experience. Sharon Gouland was my service rep. I really appreciated her enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to walk me through the process explaining every detail in a manner which was understandable for.me. She Also took the time to communicate with my wife over the phone so she was not left in the dark.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
