Absolutely horrible. Will be transferring My account ASAP. Have had ongoing issue with debt card. Called their debt card dept, it's outsourced. Always, always a problem. Went into bank to get issue resolved was told I would get a call when they looked into issue. That was 2 weeks ago- no call. I have called and asked to speak to bank manager. Was transferred to voice mail ( its a small credit union, why cant i get a person?) of Chris Gonzalez. Left vm. No return call. Waited 2 days. Called back and had to leave Chris Gonzelez ANOTHER vm. That was 2 days ago. Again no return call. Additionally, My husband is currently out of the country and despite them being told 5 -FIVE- times. His card is being declined for use. Bury your money in the backyard. Puy it under your mattress. But this bank. This ain't it!

I needed to reverse a Zelle payment sent to me. I had exceeded my monthly allowance for transactions. I was headed out of the country and desperately needed to refund this individual their money. I made 3 calls to the bank and got no where. Finally, I got Rachel who connected me to Devon! He was so patient. He listened and allowed me to finish a sentence instead of abruptly cutting me off like the other employee. After listening to me, Devon presented me with my options. He stayed on the line with me to ensure the transactions were processed and provided technical assistance as well. Devon is what customer service should look like.

I have been with CSCU for about 20 years. They are always friendly and willing to help in any way. They make you feel important regardless of your $. Love this place!

ATM SUX! I'm not a customer of this bank, however I did use the ATM last night at 6 pm I was attempting to making $80 withdrawal. I was not able to retrieve the money from the ATM. However, it did charge my account. I had to wait. I tried to call. I wasn't able to get through so I drove over there this morning around 10:00 and I spoke to someone and they said I would have to speak to my bank and do a dispute. They would get in touch with them and jump through this hoop and that hoop and it would be between me and my bank. Well doesn't that just bite! I needed that money now so I've contacted my bank but now I'm waiting to hear back from them as to what to do next. So I don't have the money probably for a month or so. Anyway this SUX!!

I had ordered something online that looked “too good to be true” and unfortunately, it was. I used my CSCU debit card for the purchase, which was only $65. After I did the purchase, I was pretty sure it was probably a scam but I waited a while to see if I got any further emails from the company about shipping. I did not I found out today by contacting the company itself directly and they said that this sale was not from them, but someone who was using their information. So I called and texted the credit union and explained what had happened but they had already canceled the order because they figured out it was a scam. I have never really had a bank or credit union do this much work for me before. It wasn’t a lot of money, but it was just my money and I hated to lose it. I have had excellent service for probably 40 years or more
