My mom is battling stage 4 cancer & we just recently received news that it's spread more. With that overwhelming pain & trying to coordinate what could be her last thanksgiving, I was 15 days late on my payment. They came & took my vehicle without a word & refused to work with us; and weeks before christmas no less. $33,000 in payments towards a $38,000 loan for absolutely nothing. What have we become as a society to do this to families?

I'm sharing this review due to the unprofessional customer service I continue to receive from the loan department. I've been a member for over 30 years and fell in love with this credit unions personal service and service of excellence. In the last couple of years, the culture has changed and replaced with employees providing incorrect information, curt, smart mouth, and disrespect. This information has been reported previously, and here we are again with unacceptable service today.

Regrettably, the recent personnel changes have significantly altered my perception of this establishment, shifting from exceptional service to a profound disappointment. My interactions with John have been particularly disheartening, as I have found him to be discourteous and untruthful—qualities that I have not encountered during my years as a customer. Previously, I experienced exemplary service from Isaiah, Davis, and Vanessa, which greatly enhanced my experience with this credit union. I have obtained more than six loans from this institution, with three currently active, and I have always been treated with respect until now. Recently, I received a $25 gift card in an attempt to address concerns regarding a mistake made by the credit union, which has resulted in a loss exceeding $2,000. Despite my persistent efforts over several months to seek clarification, I encountered a lack of accountability from the staff. When I inquired about the name of the chief executive officer, John refused to provide this information. Cynthia Poblano

I’ve been with Las Colinas Federal Credit Union for 19 years and 8 months. The customer service provided to me today by Crystal Zavala was efficient and exceptional. She was kind and patient with me as a had a TON of questions regarding my account and potentially applying for a loan. I also work in customer service for 33 years now and I want her to know I appreciate her for ‘schooling’ me on some financials with respect and grace!!!! Thank you so much for your time today Crystal!!!

One of the easiest and nicest customer service departments I've interacted with in a long time. Las Colinas services my auto loan, and although I rarely need to speak with them, when i do, it's a satisfying and care free experience.
