Dorothy R did an amazing job helping me with my auto loan through Brazos Valley School Credit Union. She was extremely communicative, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. My first car purchase at Brazos Valley with a different loan processor was a horrible experience, but Dorothy completely turned that around. She made my second purchase so much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of her help and great customer service!

Adriana Carrillo in the Consumer Lending Support department is absolutely AMAZING! She went over and beyond helping me resolve an issue with my vehicle title that I have a BVSCU vehicle loan for. Someone in IL got my title and tied it to a stolen vehicle out there. I called the loan servicing department when I couldn't renew my registration due to title issues with IL and I worked with Adriana for months resolving the issue. She made multiple calls to the state of IL, followed up w/ me, provided me guidance throughout the entire process, calmed me down when I was freaking out and assured me that we would figure it out together. We did indeed figure it out together and she was patient, kind, informative, determined and dedicated throughout the whole process! I truly appreciate her assistance! She deserves a raise 100%!!! Thank you Adriana for all of your hard work and perseverance!

I am a current of BVSC and have been these last 5 years. There service is always very professional and takes care of you swiftly. Recently, I needed to be serviced in a new way, and Ms. Nikosha Jordan was my assigned aid. She was absolutely fantastic. Ms. Jordan was wonderfully measured and quickly helpful every interaction. Proud to be a BVSCU member since childhood. Grateful for this credit union, especially for Nikosha Jordan, Online Loan Processor and her 48 HOUR TURN AROUND TIME on approving our signature loan. It was painless. Everything was completed online from application, to Nikosha's speedy email confirmation and clear instructions on needed info to submit documents through portal. She was kind, patient, helpful, and efficient. She personally called to give good news and verbally discuss ins and outs, answer questions, and sent clear email of what we discussed. Loan will be deposited into our account by end of this second day of starting process. Feeling relief and able to take a breath with BVSCU's help. Thank you Nikosha!
