I started using this bank in 2010 and even though I live now several hundred miles away now ,they have been the best bank I have ever used.I still can get great service and they have always taken care of my every need.Since the community is not large they have time to take very good care of their customers. My children are always trying to get me to change to a closer bank but I love this bank and all the people working there and I will not change.Thank you to all who work there.

I love this bank. They are always so helpful. When I go in or call and email. They are always prompt. I've had few banks in my life but this one is the best out of all of them. The whole staff is amazing. I love going in and seeing how everyone is doing. You really do get to know everyone like family. Always puts a smile on your face when you go in. Thank you team for being there for me. They helped with my personal loans and refinancing my truck. It was so fast and simple. They have truly been side by side with me. Thanks again everyone. God bless all of you. P.S Melinda is the best. Can't go wrong with her helping you.

Great place to bank. Kind and friendly staff. Especially Sylvana. Very helpful with everything, through phone calls, text messages, emails or in person. They make everything fast and easy. Highly recommend this credit union.

We got stuck using this bank because the person we are selling our car to uses this bank. And let me tell you Martha is a loan officer that helped us file the paperwork for this deal. Is the rudest person I have ever had to do business with! Snappy rude, she will return your call 3 days later. It has now taken her 3 weeks to get this loan closed. She is unknowledgeable and will not take responsibility when she messes up she messed up on our deal costing me $100 extra, because of her sending me the wrong account number and bank info. She did not apologize but she did feel the need to send a rude email in all caps when I called her out on the mistake. I am going to be filing a complaint with the president or board of this credit union. This was totally unacceptable, and people should not be treated in such a manner. I bet if they replaced her they would get more members. DO NOT GO HERE! AND you are forced too ASK FOR ANYONE ACCEPT MARTHA!!
