I absolutely love banking with Texas Community Federal Credit Union! They’re the only locally owned credit union in the area, and that really shows in the way they treat their members. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the community. Their rates are competitive, and the personalized service is something you just don’t get with big banks. It feels great knowing my money is staying local and supporting our community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, member-focused financial institution!

I have been satisfied banking here, for one my father and mother has been banking with TCFCU for yrs and myself as well my mother passed in '21 through her passing with came across an issue with my mother's SS check and I want to give Ms Lisa a big shout out for helping us with the issue if it wasn't for Ms dear sweet Lisa we wouldn't have known what to do if we come across an issue my fist person to look for is Lisa, Ms Lisa is such a kind sweet employee for this bank and the day she goes i will look into another bank ... Mrs Garza knows my father for the longest time she knows my parents have done business with TCFCU for yrs , we appreciate and adore Ms Lisa ❤️ Great Job Ms Lisa

There attire isn’t even an issue even though it’s unprofessional. It’s the way they are so openly rude to everyone, especially Ms.Lisa. This past year it’s felt that this place has took a turn for the worst unfortunately.

My dad and I were recently looking for an auto loan. Being that he had a current vehicle loan and is less then a year from paying it off with this bank we chose to apply. To start, horrible service. We have been back n forth for 5 days with sending in documentation waiting on emails and phone calls. Stepping away from work to get them the things asked for. Just to be told we were denied because of an old repo that was known about since the very first day. So Instead of honoring a 5 year auto loan payoff with another one they chose to deny it. Not very smart for buisness. Never again.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
