1st review I have ever given. This bank is horrible, the customer service is lame, some of the girls are nice and friendly but the management has no interest other than their pay check. I would rather use Walmart services than to deal with people that do not care about your business.

Worst place to do business! After years of paying on time our car loan, the manager Melissa Flores sent our car tittle to the wrong address!! Her stupid answer was “I’m sorry I forgot to add the number to the address and there’s nothing else we can do about it” and since she is the manager there is nobody else that can help us handle this! Now we have to go to the dps office to get a copy because original title is lost!! Imagine if thats the “manager” work what can you expect from them!! Instead of taking “cute” pictures get to work and do it right!!! Worst service ever! Thank God today we close our account with this union cause they are just pathetic!

DO NOT open an account at this bank. Worst bank ever! From your debit card to customer service, it was a nightmare having them. Thankfully already closed my account with them after having millions of issues that "couldn't be fixed". PLEASE do not go to this bank.
