Caprock Credit Union is not just banking, it's a place where the people are your friends. When they financed our house, the staff were happy for us. The C.E.O, Dale Hansard, had been working with us (by answering a billion questions regarding credit, etc) for quite a while until finally we were ready and we were able to be approved! We have been loyal to our credit union, but they are also loyal to us. We're known by them and they know our family. I

Went at 3:30 and front door is locked but signs says open till 4:30. Were told have to drive around to drive up window lol 4 cars waiting in line. After 25 min waiting and two cars left the line we gave up. Having to drop off documents

Reported fraud charges and was not helped at all they said I have to figure it out because it’s my fault someone got my card information. Closing account as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service and random charges/fees to my bank account. Definitely closing my account and going somewhere else in Lamesa.

Called at 3:21pm when hours state they close at 4:30pm, and their automated call system stated I called after hours so I would have to leave a message. Please update your hours.
