My mother was recently hospitalized, and I had to retain an attorney to obtain a legally executed Power of Attorney so I could manage her finances. After multiple phone calls and submitting the fully valid, attorney-prepared POA, Unify Financial refused to accept it. Instead, I was told I had to complete their POA form, have it notarized, and hand-deliver it for processing. I specifically asked whether I would be reimbursed if I had to obtain a notary. I was not told that reimbursement would be denied. Because I’m managing a medical crisis and an extremely busy schedule, I hired a mobile notary at my own expense ($60) to handle it quickly. When I delivered the notarized document, I was then told they do not reimburse and that I “should have used their notary.” That information was never clearly communicated beforehand. The back-and-forth, lack of transparency, and unnecessary obstacles created stress during an already difficult time. I was simply trying to responsibly manage my mother’s account. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Unify Financial. Customers navigating serious life situations deserve clarity, consistency, and compassion - none of which were demonstrated here.

Staff is super friendly and helpful here. My Banker Melissa followed up with me via phone regarding my Visa Secure account transaction and it was very much appreciated that she went above and beyond to assist me with the transaction process.

My account was hacked and had to be frozen. Margaret, Maggie, Allison, Latoya, Yvette, Mary, & Charo all were involved in helping me to open a new acct, credit card, checks

Turned me away from making a deposit when I made it before closing after driving 30 minutes because the ones by me closed earlier! Dude was nice about but if you say your open till 6 I expect you to be open till then. This isn't a restaurant where you have to clean before you close so I don’t understand why they had to turn me away when I didn’t need much time. Terrible service.

1 star it's because every time i went here, their ATM outside is always not available or not in service. VERY NOT CONVENIENT for the customer like me... I work graveyard near by this location so I'm only available to deposit my money on the night time around 6:30pm to 8pm thats why i use the atm outside to deposit my money... Please improve your atm outside 8/26/2018 Update: i forgot to mention, i am depositing cash 8/27/2018 Update: 03/09/2019 pretty soon i am going to close my acct on this bank... i went to this location 3 days in a row but their stupid atm don’t allow to deposit my cash, very very very bad atm and very not convenient to customer... no improvement since my old comment above...
