Awesome Service. Everyone at this Credit Union was friendly, helpful and extremely professional; from the tellers to the loan department. Excellent service would HIGHLY recommend.

This is horrible app constantly under construction. Everytime I want to check my account is problem. I try to do a wire transfer in person at branch they cannot complete I have given all the correct numbers. I try to get a loan with 735 credit they deny me. Liberty is literally one of the worst banks. I joined in 2008 when it was Etfcu, since then has gone downhill. Definitely needs better management.

This bank Is a credit union is a joke, I highly do not recommend them. They messed up my checks I got evicted from my appartment they even said they were at fault for it, when asked to help pay the $2,000 they said all they could do was pay the $35 dollar fee. Even though they messed up, they are a credit union but dont want to help with your credit. I was with them probably 2 years and was never able to get any kind of loan, and the lady that does the loan is very rude. When your card gets compromised they shut your card down so you better keep cash on you or you will be sitting at a gas station wondering what to do because they refuse to reactivate your card. They they dont offer a temporary card you have to go all the way to them to pull cash out, when you order a card they say you can wait 7-10 days which we all know is more like 3 weeks to get your card or you can pay us $20 to get your card faster. So if your like me and work all the time it's you can go three weeks without money or you can spend your money to actually get your card in 7 days. Its disgusting they charge 5 or 6 bucks a month just to have the account but still want you to pay 20 bucks to get something you cant go long without. I will never reccomend anyone for this credit union nor will I go to another credit union again they ruined it for me. I hop everyone that sees this that want to bank with them changes their minds because I promise your better off going anywhere but there at the liberty county teachers federal credit union and hopefully I can save someone else from having to spend $2000 dollars for something they screwed up.

Absolutely terrible credit union, the president (Cathy) was an absolutely disastrous loan officer and now she’s the president, the board will learn just because she was cheap definitely don’t make her the right fit. She is extremely rude and never knows the answer to a question a customer ask her.
