This company is the worse place to get things done. I have now wait on my debit card again the worse customer service. I call back oct 28 2025 To order to see when my card come in 7 to 14 days . So today the lady said nothing look like it be order WTH ! I guess I talk to the air. They need to tie up the belt and do customer service. I have be a customer for 30 yrs

I have been a member for over 30yrs and the customer service is just getting worse and worse!! A new teller did not cancel a draft after telling me it was done and charging me a fee for that service. I was charged several more times which I had to notify them of the transactions that were cancelled several months ago. Then I was told I had to cancel my card and a new back card was ordered and of course it was NOT!! Again another inconvenience to me. The teller that caused all of my charges , is now in charge of more responsibilities!!! Not much on apologies and of course I am out the money that should never have been taken as all was cancelled. I now go in person as No one likes to return calls. I have called and left messages with supervisors and sent emails voicing my concerns, frustrations, dissatisfaction, and disappointments; NO one has ever contacted me.

Zero star rating been an issue since day one I never answer the phone Finance guy can't ever get a hold of him try to make a payment can't get through negative star if I could do not recommend

I've been banking here for 20+ years and have NEVER had a problem here. They're always ready to help me when I walk in! They're nice, fast and efficient. I moved away from Lubbock a few years ago but still kept this account. Now that I've moved back it's been really easy to go in for any service including temperatu checks, statements and loans. I often just walk in without calling and they STILL see me promptly. I won't bank anywhere else. This is a great bank!!
