I have been a member since 1987, and I am so thankful this branch is here in Mansfield. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Whenever I walk in, I am greeted with a smile and a warm hello—it feels very personable every time I visit. Jada remembers my name, which is amazing because I know she sees so many members on a daily basis. Customer service at the top level for sure! My mother recently passed away, and dealing with her estate has been overwhelming and confusing. Kimberly Dlabaj, the assistant branch manager, has been compassionate and absolutely fantastic—walking me through the process with patience and understanding. She thoroughly explains everything and is happy to explain things two or three times, which means so much when there is a lot to process. I am truly appreciative and highly recommend this branch and this bank. I have complete trust in them. They have rockstar leadership, dedicated employees, and outstanding customer service. The entire team at Texas Trust in Mansfield deserves more than five stars.

Mckenna was absolutely on top of her game! She welcomed me in, helped me open an account, and explained everything I needed to know clearly. She even helped me set up the app and showed me exactly where everything was. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a bank everything was handled quick, fast, and in a hurry. I highly recommend you go see Mckenna! :)

Went in to get a new debit and credit card printed as well as open an additional savings account. Kimberly was very helpful and got us in and out while providing great customer service!
