My parents have both been with this credit union for many years and they have always been treated more like extended family then like customers. The staff is amazing, Roxanne and Alica are just a couple of the people who I know personally and who I have only ever had positive interactions with!! They aren't like family, they ARE family!!! I'd trust them with much more than just my finances. Thank you both and the rest of the staff for taking great care of my parents, Eduardo and Juanita Guevara.

Everyone is amazing, Kathy is super friendly ,Victor is always friendly and efficient, always paying attention to detail, i feel more like they are part of my family along with all the other great people who work here always a smile on their face,I highly recommend this credit union.

Great... On second thought i should say SUPERIOR customer service at District 21 FCU. Talk about service with a smile. Great interest rates and banking services.
