Always treated with a friendly smile. As you wait your turn to be seen someone comes around and asks if you need a bottle of water. I love my bank especially those holiday loans.

I have my account here at S. TX. Federal Credit Union, McAllen Texas, since this branch opened. I live in Corpus Christi for over 5 years now and refuse to open any accounts over here. I am treated with the utmost respect from everyone in this bank. Please believe me when I say that I sometimes bug them big time! Everyone maintains professionalism, friendliness, patience and I TRUST them. Key word "Trust".
