Do not use this atm machine. I came to deposit cash into my account (which I needed in my account asap to pay bills online) and the atm “retained” my money, mind you it’s after hours and it’s a holiday. I got ahold of the after hours service number and I was told it would take 10 business days or more to investigate and dispute this. Now not only do I not have any money AT ALL to buy any necessities I might need for me and my children, now I have to play a nice little waiting game to see anything reflect my account, on account of this ATMs mistake. Thanks a lot heritage, way to go. 👏👏👏 Here’s another interesting occasion I’d like to bring up since where here. Life hit me pretty hard a couple of months ago, my account was negative so I decided to try the “fresh start” service that they offer here. I was told from the very start that if I wanted to pay my negative balance, I could. But the payments had to be done in person. It stated no where in the agreement that I signed that they could just take all my money at once without my acknowledgment or consent, to pay off my negative balance. I received one phone call when the payment was due, but I was at work and couldn’t answer my phone, I called back to let them know I would be on my way to make the payment and they lady told me “oh it was taken care of, it was all paid off” I look at my account and a lump sum of money was taken out, again, without my consent to do so and I desperately needed that money. So be beware when choosing your banking. Avoid the ones with sketchy atms and the ones that take your money without your consent.

I have been with this bank on different accounts for 26 years and have financed multiple vehicles through them. Up until the last year I have always been happy with the service and services, but this last year it seems like they have really gone downhill. I prefer a credit union for the personal touch but you won't get that at Heritage anymore. You can't get them to answer the phone or return a call when you leave a voicemail. I was trying to buy a new vehicle and since I couldn't seem to get anyone in the loan department to answer or call me back, I went with Chrysler Capital at 1.9% financing, that was a loss for the bank. Not trying to be rude, but really...do better.

Just became a member and I am so glad I did. They are so helpful. The CEO took time out of his day to help me with an issue and then the loan department was amazing helping me buy a new car. I am so glad I found Heritage and I will definitely stay where I am at.

After what they put my sister through at this bank, definitely don’t recommend. They canceled her card while she was out of town and was unable to get it re activated. She went today to get a temporary card, but they didn’t have any available. She will be canceling her account because it’s always something going wrong with this bank.
