I have been with Members Financial Federal Credit Union since 1985. This bank has been there for all our needs. You can have good service. From the 1st person you meet till the last. They have always been good to me so I can assure you that they will be good to you.

I've had my auto loan with Members Financial FCU for a few years now and they've been great the whole time. Raymond specifically has been amazing! He always takes the time to help me and my family. Even though I live in Lubbock now getting communication has been smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend this CU!

This bank sucks ultimately. I was with them for multiple years and went through the laboring process of being on hold with their card services companies to get cards replaced and then waiting for weeks to get them in the mail. When their accountant Ruby was to busy to call me back or come to the front of the bank when I was supposed to talk with her about an issue, I decided to leave this bank. Do not recommend

I was with Members for about two years almost, they were the first actual bank account i ever opened. I used to love this credit union until they started going through so many employees that their “people you know” slogan felt fake. And then they changed their mobile banking to a different server and it takes forever for charges to show up in your account. Like say i went to walmart two weeks ago and theyre just now taking out the money i spent there. Before I even switched to their new app i called with questions about it and got a loan officer who was very rude with me and hung up on me before I had a chance to ask her one last question. Switched to Frost bank and I have absolutely no regrets!
