Its a good bank if you really need one , but the website and app is always unavailable. ALWAYS has technical issues ,overall it's a good bank the managers are very friendly I've had 3 loans from them no issues . Just minor issues if we're being honest .

worst bank in Nacogdoches by far, constantly freezing your account for big purchases, no customer service line after hours, horrible interest rates. Would leave a 0 star review if I could

I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Please do not wast your time with these people. They do not get into any kind of hurry and are rude. If you are looking for a Credit Union go check out Southland Federal in Lufkin. They will not disappoint.
