Direct deposits from employers won't hit your account until after weekends/holidays end. This was never a problem when I used Chase bank. I don't want to use a big bank and other credit unions have options to get my direct deposit on time. When I called to ask about alternative options - the employee was rude and dismissive about it. This always happens with these people - their customer service is non existent. I'm tired of dealing with this bank, but my first credit card is with CCFCU, so I feel stuck. Needless to say, my direct deposit won't be going here any longer. Please avoid working with CCFCU. It's not worth the headache.

Everytime I go inside” to the teller line, 8/10 the bank teller ladies always act like you are bothering them, like if I called them into work just for them to help me with my transaction, yall need nice and welcoming people at the teller booths, instead of grouches….

Horrendous customer service. It's like trying to manage a bank account from another state in the 1800s. I called first to check the balance in my account because it won't allow me to change the phone number on my account without being in person, and I can't access the account with my current phone number, that is a problem their IT department needs to fix. However, I was hung up on during that call, then the exact same representative answered again, and pretended like she was someone else. Then proceeded to have an attitude with me through the entire call. A stark reflection upon this credit union and how it feels about its clients.

We were lied to by one of the ladies by the name of Kiona. I tried getting a debit card replacement for a locked debit due to fraud. She told me they'd charge me a $25 fee to get a new card. I didn't want to pay that. They locked my card without telling me the conditions. I waited 2 weeks for my free one to come in the mail. Still hadn't showed. My girlfriend called up and asked about it, getting a different answer, that if it was fraud, they could just print me one up no charge. After having to use my credit card for transacting for this time frame. I was a little upset at the lack of convenience that came about because I was mislead. I was met with resistance and told manipulative storylines by her. Off shouldering any responsibility for the treatment, which made me even more frustrated and instilled a lack of trust in the institution. She should not be working with people's personal information. She can't be trusted. I'll be looking for another credit union soon!

I’ve had bad experiences at other credit unions, visited CCFCU and spoke to MICHELLE CLAY! She gave amazing top tier customer service, explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a loan whether it’s home, auto, personal, or even refinancing to come and see MICHELLE. She’s a huge asset to the company. She deserves a raise and promotion!
