This place is full of incompetent people. I was dealing with a very time sensitive loan issue. Promised I would hear back by EOD. It was 3 days later. Complained and was given an excuse like the bank shuts down when people have personal issues.... Long story short... 10 year customer gone. Already opened new account with a bank. Maybe they will give a shit about their customers....

Do not use Sabine FCU. the loan officer was EXTREMELY rude. Went to the orange branch and asked to speak with a manager and she was more hateful than the loan officer. I closed my account and moved to a different bank. 0 stars very poor customer service. I do not recommend to anyone!!!

Sabine use to be the best bank in the Golden Triangle when it came to helping young people. I have been with the bank for over 4 years. The longer I have been with them, the worse they have treated me. Please be careful using this bank. Your credit will get hit 6 times even if you have a missed payment they didn’t set automatic draft on and they will lie to you and say they can’t help you after they said 2 months prior they would set it up. Highly recommend find another bank or credit union. These people are only worried about making money. The super super rude Lady names Mary makes you wanna crawl in a whole and die anyway. “Where you matter most” is the most lying slogan ever. It should say “where our money matters most”

I opened a bank account here out of necessity, and personal growth. I cannot even check my balance most of the time, and the majority of the staff makes me dislike myself. It might be a good bank, but I wouldn’t know because the only positive experience I have here would be the teller Britney. She is a fine example of how a teller should be.
