I've been with Mopac since I was 18, my dad brought me to join, because he had been a member for so long and loved the women there, however I was disappointed by the way I've been treated while trying to disputes some charges on my account. I've been in banking for almost 16 years, so going into your credit union and not be treated right is a bit disappointing:(

I can't say enough wonderful things about this branch here in Palestine! The ladies inside, Becka and Jeannine, as well as Heather, are all my heroes! They always go above and beyond to help me and have seen me through some really sticky situations, and never complain, EVER! They are always extremely pleasant and more than willing to help, even staying after hours to finish what we started! I so highly recommend Mopac Federal Credit to ANYONE eligible to join! Thank you ALL, from the bottom of my heart, for all your endless and amazing help!

Quaint little bank. Unfamiliar with the inside as I just use it as the only Co-Op ATM in town. If you are unfamiliar with the area good luck finding it on the first go, without going the wrong way down a one way street.
