The staff has always been nice and very helpful, but if it wasn't for the manager Codi, I would still be waiting on my loan after a full week. Never received a phone call with an update, had to call every few days myself. Very unprofessional. Thank you Codi for all your help, you saved the day!

I have had a pleasure of being a member for almost ten years. I now live out of town and continue to bank with them. I have had accounts elsewhere, and they can’t compare to the service I have received here. PTFCU has been helpful in many areas. They are there in emergencies and daily needs. Always willing to go above and beyond for each and every member. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know they are taken care of, understood and can walk in and be known by name.

I love their friendly atmosphere. They greet you with a smile and by name and very personable. Quick to get us in and out.

Poor communication, poor business ethics and only talk to you if you have money or good credit. Would not recommend this bank.

It has the poorest communication that I have ever received since being a member since 1980. What has happened to customer service? I am so disappointed.
