Wouldn’t let me get a couple rolls of quarters because I didn’t have an account with them. I wanted to give them a twenty dollar bill in exchange for twenty dollars in quarters. Went to another bank and they took care of me no questions asked. I worked at a bank and we would have never required someone to have an account just to get change for a twenty.

Listen, I know the auto loans are pretty good with those promotional rates, but for the love of god please DO NOT TRY TO GET A LOAN FROM LORENA CELEDON. She’s really unhelpful and never has a smile on her face. A real bundle of joy she is.. Please avoid this branch but avoid Lorena even more.

Awesome people. So helpful. Surprised by all the bad reviews. I have banked with them for over 20 years and have never had a problem.

After over a decade of banking here and numerous loans, I’ll be closing my account tomorrow. Unbelievable how terrible the customer service has gotten. the complete lack of empathy, care for their members, and even a genuine sense that any of your concerns really matter. Frank had an absolutely terrible tone, In no way shape or form expressed any interest in showing that he valued me as a member. I’m looking forward to finding a bank locally That I believe, at least cares somewhat about their customers.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
