If you’re a business owner or run a car dealership, avoid Texas Plains Federal Credit Union. Their drafting process is a complete nightmare—outdated, confusing, and slow. It took weeks to get paid because of their disorganized approach, and when their own customer forgot to put insurance on the vehicle, they tried to withhold our check. The whole experience felt like dealing with a “Mickey Mouse” operation. I would not recommend doing any financing with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Plains Federal has been our family's trusted financial institution since my Grandmother opened an account for me 35+ years ago. Mickie is ALWAYS helpful and responsive so I know that when I need anything, she and the staff there will take care of us quickly.

Ruuuuuuuude! Extremely rude. Can't believe they treat people this way in a professional office. When someone walks in to give you business and your reply is "what do need?" How unprofessional of you ALL. You have to bow down to get a loan from them? Every single employee including Mickey is disrespectful. Treat people with respect, please.
