Branch was closed on May 30 2026 for maintenance. Just a piece of paper in front of the entrance about closure. There was no email or text sent to members. I had a 30 mile trip only to find the worst news as I had to use the safe deposit box this day. Horrible service!!

I spoke with someone on the phone about a business loan and they scheduled an appointment for me. I’ve had an auto loan with InTouch before, paid it off, and have always been in good standing. We drove an hour to get there, arrived early, and then waited for over an hour… only for someone to finally come tell us that they don’t even do business loans. Why make the appointment in the first place? And why let us sit there without saying anything? It was extremely unprofessional and unorganized, especially when we are already stressed trying to expand our business. I would not recommend wasting your time.

After driving an hour in a rain storm- arriving less than 5 minutes after their 12:30 closing time the bank locked the doors and refused to help with my account. Frost bank wouldn't treat customers this way.

After a long and frustrating process, I finally got InTouch Credit Union to endorse an insurance check on a vehicle I had already paid off. The account was zeroed out, they issued an overage check, and the vehicle was no longer mine — yet they still dragged their feet. When I asked to close my account, I was told “no problem.” But then came the real circus: I had to go to a “member kiosk” (basically a giant ATM with someone on a screen from what I assume is a Nevada call center), only to be told they couldn’t cash the check because I was “no longer a member.” This was literally seconds after their staff told me the account hadn’t even been closed yet. Their excuse? “It’s not one of our checks, so we have to deposit it and put a hold on it” — despite their name being on the check and their team endorsing it. Utter nonsense. So I walked out, drove three minutes to Chase — which has its own issues — and they cashed it immediately. No drama, no delays. That right there shows just how backward and dysfunctional InTouch really is. There was one person working in the branch. The service is laughable. The systems are outdated. The logic is nonexistent. I’m thrilled to be done with this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Ever.

Best customer service I have encountered in a bank. Yanira made sure the process went pretty smooth
