There are multiple problems to numerous to list. There is only 1 ATM and it is more "temporarily " out of order than in working order. This is a constant problem and it seems no interest is shown to alleviate said problem. You definitely MUST check all transactions, too many mistakes are made. I'm at the point of moving my business elsewhere!😡

I am absolutely fed up and done with this credit union! I've been a customer for almost 20 years. I have have funds being withdrawn from my account, first had trouble finding anyone to investigate when I did they said they would get back to me... 3 months later. Nothing. I have had some dating service withdraw from my account 2 times every month. They let this happen for quite some time even after my complaint. And to fix was to send me another card and close the other one. I just got a call almost 5 months later from them telling me they had my new card with the number they were supposed to have closed. Now I'm trying to get verification through them and no answer. I'm done. I'm withdrawing my money and certainly do not recommend banking with them!!!

Have nothing but problems with the cards.Been here for 6 years and have 2 checks go direct deposit and they still refuse to give any kind of loan. Unauthorized charges will not be refunded to your account, instead the bank manager will just tell you that there is nothing they can do.
