Being audited and have requested the statements of the account to present to auditor. I was told I have to speak to loan officer and it would be $2.00 a page for my own information. Furthermore as a service to customers they are supposed to notarized documents , when I sat and waited for over an hour then the told me it was against their police to notarize they type of document. Not a reccomended financial instruction when it comes to customer service!

Don’t waste your time, especially with the Port Lavaca branch. Opened an account and immediately had trouble depositing money into my account. They said there were limits but they extended them and to try again. Tried again and still nothing. Called back and they said they didn’t know. Luckily Frost Bank was able to help me out. Left the account open to try again with them and shouldn’t have. Deposited a check which was put on hold (understandable) for 7 business days (longer than a normal wait). They call the day before it was supposed to be released and say the check looked “fishy” to them and was on hold from the federal reserve lol. It was from a reputable insurance agency with security strips on the back. Mylinn (however you spell it) and Lisa Lerma were absolutely no help and had an attitude the entire time.

The only bank that would say yes and take a chance on me for a personal unsecured loan that I needed for emergency procedure. Paid the loan of in great standing with them. Told me to always come back for anymore financial situations. My opinion best bank around small and personal.

The worst experience with these employees, unhelpful and kept hanging up on me! Wouldn’t explain any information to me after getting upset with her Stavales Sanchez drafted from my savings account with out my permission and wouldn’t explain any information to me! I have yet to get in touch with any Branch management so I can get an explanation!! I suggest trying other banks
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
