I’ve been a longtime member of this credit union and have consistently had positive experiences. Whether by phone, email, or in person, every interaction with the staff has been courteous and professional. Even after moving out of the area, I’ve continued to use their services and remain completely satisfied. Their interest rates are always competitive - often better than others - and they continue to be my top choice. While they may not be a large corporation with a 24/7 call center, they treat you like a person, not just an account number. I truly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Even though I don’t use this acct. much, I was never informed that my acct was closed. Went to apply for a loan to find out. Had to open another acct. Realized a day later, this is not where I’d like to have as a third bank so I went back and closed this acct. I was told I’d only get some of my money back since I was closing it a day later after opening (called early cancellation) ok fine. Then I received two letters 9/4/2024 about the first acct that I had no knowledge of that had closed in the summer due to me not using it. The other letter was stating the new account I closed a day later they had remitted the balance in the new account to me which is not true. I only received some of the money not all because it was a early cancellation fee .I’ve called two out of three people on the letter 9/16. & 9/ 17 2024 and was promised I would be hearing from someone about the incorrect letter. It’s Oct 4,2024 ,and still no one has cared to contact me or send the correct letter. Im glad I changed my mind about banking here . Im sure when they are audited a lot more untruthful paperwork will show up.

I have been a loyal customer of this bank for many years, and have always received excellent service. Whenever I have needed assistance or had questions, the staff has been more than helpful and responsive. They'll always have my business.

1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you plan on being able to use your money, this is not the bank for you. Debit Card declines 3 out of 4 times, Staff are not friendly, and if you need something on the weekend....well that's to bad cause there is no one you can call. Your money would be easier to get to if you buried it in a coffee can in the middle of a land mine. If I could leave a negative rating, I would!

Way behind times with technology. Do not take care of loyal customers. They are almost as good as using a home safe/lock box, if you only want to "store" your money.
