Worst credit union I have used. I tend to not keep main funds in main bank account. Holy cow, does not matter if you have overdraft protection or not $30 fee if you do, $30 fee if you dont. Not just for autopay bills like they state for not having overdraft protection. This bank will simply not "transaction decline." They try to squeeze that $30 charge no matter what. Stay away if you keep low balances in banks. Prefer chime over this bs bank.

The Wildewood office. Nice staff really never have problems but the personal loan dept. its a different story. The customer service with that department is nonexistent. I applied for a loan 09/12 spoke with a loan officer later that afternoon she asked for some information which I sent her and she said she would get back to me on Mon(09/15). Its Friday 09/19 and after a text message and leaving a voice mail I have yet to hear anything on the status of my loan application. I mean if I didn't qualify for then just tell me dont drag me along.

ABSOLUTE WORST bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Awful staff, anybody who works with these "people" should be ashamed of themselves. They have seriously financially mistreated my elderly family members to a disgusting degree. If you value your money and the finances of your friends/family, don't go anywhere near this bank.

Have had several bad experiences with this bank. First was getting an automotive loan. They advertise rates as low as 1.99% at the time. Had to open an account and then they would tell me if I got the 1.99% loan. To get that you had to have a 800+ credit score. Mine at the time was a 799. I think it went down to 799 after they ran my credit score. Then they told me I would get a 3.99% loan. I went ahead and got it. I was a little displeased. Felt like a gimmick they were playing. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Then started a business and got two business accounts within their bank. This is where I realized that they were not the same as other banks. I have had a business account before, and they did not have all the fees, and you could actually see what was going on in your account. This bank would charge you for anything and everything. You cannot check your transactions. Any deposits would not be able to be looked at. I went to the bank to look at transactions that were being made on my business account that I could not see from their online account. They printed out transactions for me and charged me $100 for those documents just so I can see past transactions. I’ve had a good account at first financial in San Angelo and it had no fees associated with the accounts, and I could see any transaction that was made. If I ever needed documentation on anything, they would not charge me for it. The worst bank experience I’ve ever had and every time I drive by their locations it just aggravates me. I’ll never have a bank account within this bank. And I am a local person from San Angelo. I can’t tell you enough to stay away from this bank and not use them. Personal or business. Games are played and hidden charges. Don’t do it.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Absolutely a waste of time. Front desk (Kaylee?) LIES about almost everything she speaks about, I had to wait 2+ weeks for TWO new debit cards she claims she mailed me but never came, refuses to change my information over the phone, completely unhelpful about every single thing I needed help with. Finally get my card, I cant activate it because I cant pay my cellphone bill because I had to get a new debit card (that took over 2 weeks to get to me) and she refuses to help me update my house phone number so I can activate my card. Broderick is amazing, he actually did his job when I spoke to him, but halie/kaylee/whatever is very unhelpful and ignorant.
