Very nice and everyone is very helpful always greets everyone with smiles and feels comfortable too talk too them. I go in and they already know your name. That is something no other bank does. Best 5 star

My wife and I have been members at this bank for (3) years. We have received excellent customer service and have had (3) auto loans, checking and savings accounts. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help. If your considering a Credit Union we can highly recommend Concho Valley Credit Union. I have been doing business with Concho Valley Credit Union for over 40 years. They have ALWAYS been there when I needed them. They are helpful, courteous, they greet you by your name and most important they have snacks on Friday!! I have told Kim & Cindy that they cannot ever retire, lol. They and the other girls are like family. Seriously though, they are a great place for all of your banking needs.

Not impressed at all. They close before posted hours, they are open til noon on saturdays but wont answer the phone. I have caught 3 mistakes that would have cost over $400 that they would not have acknowledged if i had not double checked them. Fraud dept is a joke too. Went thru automated verification to confirm the attempt was authorized..received message saying card was safe to use but bank cancelled it anyway. That was on 6/26..its now 7/3 and have not received new debit card. How is it possible that it takes more than 7 days to get mail from the same town? RIDICULOUS. so now 2 paychecks in the bank and cant get one red cent. They are closed friday july 3 (today) and tomorrow july 4th..ugh..so frustrated. Went through the payment history on auto loan and saw that it had been "refinanced" 3 times withhout knowledge or consent!! Also i found where late fees were charged 2 or 3 times in one month. Cost me over $8000 in excess. Still have received no explanation.

Went in for a refinance on my car loan and to see about a motorcycle loan as well, everyone is super nice! They are fast too! Had a decision within the day, would recommend and can’t wait to do business with them in the future!
