He helped me originate my mortgage loan, and throughout the entire process he was consistently informative, proactive, and clear about every important detail. Very friendly and caring staff. Melissa and Angelique were great and patiently worked with me when I needed my loan quickly. Definitely best rates in town and y'all should skip the big bank names and go here first if you're looking for a car loan. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I have been a member at other credit unions in the past but none of them have provided me with the excellent customer service service, superior financial guidance, and genuine concern this organization provides. This credit union really does practice what it preaches and it DOES take care of its members I was at a serous point financially where I didn’t think I had any other options available to me. NO ONE would give me the loan I needed except Alamo City. They took a chance on me and it’s been a great partnership ever since. I can honestly say my life has changed completely because of it. I now have a new home, new car, and are financial sound. Without their help, there’s no way I’d be where I am now. So if everyone has told you no and won’t help you with your financial needs or you’re just looking for a credit union who really does care about its their members, give the place a try. I’m telling you from personal experience you’ll be glad you did.

Matt Diaz President Alamo City CU has been so incredibly Awesome And proficiently incredible to my family and our Finances/Accounts. Matt is never too busy to take our calls or when he is; a quick hello when we are in the Credit Union. We have been with Alamo City CU for the past 18 years and now my children are adults. Alamo City CU is my family’s Generational Banking Institution.
