I contacted Firstmark for information and the 2 representatives who assisted me were very courteous, had great listening skills and knew their products well. It was a pleasure conducting business with these two individuals--one female and one male. Since covid, Customer Service has gone downhill all across retail, banking, insurance entities, doctor offices, even grocery stores! This experience was very encouraging and I look forward to doing business with them in the future! Give them a call-- they have good interest-bearing products!

They’re good at the basic stuff, but when it came to helping me in less basic circumstances like having to deposit paper checks from work and filing a dispute, all they wanted to do was use urgency scam tactics to make me pay them more money. Was with them for about 10 years, but speaking on the phone with Aaron who didn’t tell me there would be additional charges related to filing a second dispute, and Jami who was extremely unprofessional and sounded like she was only there to berate and belittle customers, I felt compelled to just close my accounts for good. Overall, would recommend if you just want an account for basic stuff because they do spending rewards now, but wouldn’t rely on them to be good people.

Firstmark has an all-round team that is has great customer relations. I had a one off mortgage question and the lady I worked with listened to the question and the concern but couldn't quite answer that moment and asked if she could call me back after looking into a few things. about 15mins later I received a call back with a very detailed explanation and response to my question. She went a step further and asked a few other questions to me to help her understand what I was trying to accomplish. She went above and beyond my expectations and this is why Firstmark and their team have multiple accounts with me and I'll anything I'm in the need of a loan of any sort, they will be the first one to attempt to get my business. Thank you FirstMark for Exceptional Customer Service!

I'm so glad I'm a Firstmark customer! I talked to a few people about refinancing, and they all took the time to help me out. No one rushed me, and everyone was super patient. Their online services are really easy to use, and so is the app. I'm really happy with Firstmark and tell everyone to check them out.

Don’t bank here, I have had four cases of fraud with their debit card and the last two happened after I made sure my card is locked at all times and I don’t use it. Clearly the leak is coming from them and I will be switching banks. I made my concerns known and asked for a reach out and they did not ever reach out.
