It was a blessing working with Andrea at the Northwest Branch. She walked me through the process of creating a fraud claim. Her sweet and calm demeanor and wealth of knowledge help during this process. I am glad to move to this credit union from the bank system I had for over 10 yrs

This location is a mess. Tellers are extremely slow and now not even a human at the teller desk. Long wait times and drive thru was 30+min. This location compared to others is a far miss. No wonder they are closing this location.

BEWARE!!! Worst mortgage process ever. I applied with Gustavo in the beginning and explained everything to him, submitted all docs in a timely manner and it took 2 weeks to get a file submitted to underwriting. Every time i tried reaching out to him he was either out of office or "visiting other branches" per his voicemail. His assistant Josefa was extremely rude and sarcastic. This all got so bad I had to call around to corporate just to get them to look into it. Then they ghosted me on my HELOC loan application. Talk about a bait and switch tactic to get you to open up an account. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO FOR BANKING OR MORTGAGE!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
