had an amazing experience opening my account! Arturo was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process, and Reyna made everything so smooth and easy. Rex also made me feel right at home. Even though I came in with my three kids (who were loud and running around!), everyone was so kind and welcoming. That really meant a lot to me. Thank you all for your outstanding service, warmth, and professionalism!

Gordon Chin with United Texas Credit Union was great! He was very helpful & informative & wasted no time getting my vehicle refinanced at a lower rate. This is my second time to refinance a vehicle with United Texas Credit Union.

I've been a member for 20+ years. I've never had an issue with United Texas Credit Union. They are always front and center in the few rare times I did need help, on line or in person. I recently broke my debit card in half. The next day I was making a deposit in the drive through so I asked what I needed to do to get another card? They showed me a photo with several card designs and asked me which one I wanted? Five minutes later I had a new card in my hand and there was no charge. I have family members who are with another Hill Country bank and they get hacked every other year. Mom's account has been hacked 3 times in the last 6 years. I'm always hearing them complain that their account was hacked, AGAIN! United Texas Credit Union has spoiled me because I don't know what it's like to have issues where I bank! I'm here for life!

Karina Hernandez was so awesome on handling our auto loan. Karina has helped me in the past with a loan I needed to complete our new home so when I needed an auto loan I immediately considered her and United Texas CU. I have been a member since 1980. I love this place and the people. I would highly recommended Karina for auto and really any type of loans. I have posted our new house and new trees we just had put in and our new car!

I have gotten 3 loans from them in the past 10 years and their rates have always been lower than their competitors! They are always helpful as they work with a variety of credit scores (I’ve been at 3 diff scores each time that I got approved). Would gladly recommend.
