I became a member of this Credit Union about 8 months ago and I have not had a smooth experience yet. After going through the drive-thru or inside to do my banking on six different occasions. I chose to close my accounts there. On several occasions I attempted to get simply a roll of quarters and was informed that they would not give them and were out. After inquiring and asking if I needed to request those in advance the teller became angry and refused to help me. She told me that she was not required to give me my change back and any specific denomination. All I requested was change for $100 bill. I needed $5 bills once and a roll of quarters. I also wanted to exchange some Eisenhower dollars. Detailer refused to break my $100 bill although I'm a member and she tried giving me 50 cents each for my Eisenhower coins. After I pointed out to her that they were worth a dollar she got aggravated quit helping me and assisted the guy at the window for more than 15 minutes although I was inside and she had been helping me first. She definitely needs more training as to the value of currency and it's value most importantly she needs training and customer service and needs to be reprimanded for being rude and belittling to customers. If she does not like her job and does not want to do it she does not need to work there. Her hateful words and rudeness were out of line. I immediately asked to cancel my bank account and I'm no longer supportive of banking at this organization.

This is the worst bank I have ever used... banks I have never heard of financed a car but this bank that I've been with for 5 years gave one go and denied it. Every day using my card gets denied somewhere because they don't approve so many pay systems. Lastly, been waiting on a replacement card over a month and the current card is expired. They have outdated systems and no app or online transfer capability. Don't waste your time. Their inability to join the technical Era hurts the very customers they claim to serve

Wanting to bring over $93,000 of collateralized loans (refinance) and finance new $40,000 auto but wouldn’t match rate for A+ credit (which at one point a verbal approval was given) and when discussing details...very dogmatic attitude by Renee Martinez (understandable when no self-control). Customer service skills need improvement, with the exception of Jennifer. Attention: this is not an ideal place to show efficiency and effectiveness.

I called about a savings account for my newborn granddaughter. I don't mind terse language, I love Hemingway novels; but this bank obviously doesn't want new business. Whomever answered my call couldn't be bothered. It's 30 minutes later and I still can't find an option on the website to "apply" for then to tame my money.
