SWECU is the best. I sent a message requesting a copy of my 1099 that got lost in the mail. I didn’t expect a response until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an answer from Linda Moreno within the hour. She was able to solve my problem right away and was professional and friendly. I love SWECU!

I have gone through many personal healthy or family issues while being a member and Kelsey R and her team have always gone out of their way to help with compassion and understanding. Such a wonderful difference to banks that I have worked with in the past. Thank you so much for everything you guys do!

I'm not very happy with swecu. For the sometime I've tried to make additional loan payments to bring down the amount I owe. No matter what they deduct interest. I am three loan payments ahead and they won't apply any of it towards the principal. I've asked, email, and called. Just get the run around.

I would like to give a shout out to teller Morgan. I was in the Credit Union this afternoon. All of the tellers were busy helping customers. When it was my turn she asked if she could help me. I explained I needed help with my Home Banking app but I was frustrated because I had not been able to figure it out myself. She was so kind and patient as I explained the problem. She said “lots of customers need help”. It made me feel a whole lot better. She showed me step by step how to fix the problem. She was so patient as I tried to get my 80 year old fingers to push the correct buttons on my phone. We got the problem solved and I was on my way. Morgan’s skill and helpfulness is a perfect example of excellent customer service. SWECU is fortunate to have Morgan represent them. Judy Barber 08-04-2025
