Jackie (Jaqueline Gallo) is the most professional, nice and efficient person you're going to deal with in your banking life!!! I had my first experience getting a Vehicle using my Own Financing through Temple Santa Fe Community Credit Union and I haven't stop telling everybody I know to go see her because of how great they are!!! She made the overall process, short, sweet and simple. She thoroughly explained all my options and got me a magnificent approval that no other bank is able to offer! If you're looking for the best financing deals and to get treated like family during the process please go se them ASAP!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

A lot of these issues the customers complained about in the previous reviews are the own customers fault not the credit union. You slack you lack and fall off track just like a train. Stephanie is the best and the owner is super nice.

I've dealt with this place in regards to auto loans 4 times and they never dissapoint. Jaqueline Gallo has always been communicative, fast and always given me great customer service.

This is a little podunk town credit union. It was ok back 10 years ago when I needed a loan but not good for much else. Since i really had no other use for them other than a loan and a credit card I never used their services. If you don't use the services after so long the account goes dormant. I paid off my credit card with them last year and go to use it this year and it won't work. Come to find out they closed that account. The lady I spoke with was nice enough but nobody really seemed to care that the credit I had built from that was down the toilet and that I never got several letters that they sent to what address no one knows. Nobody even bothered to call me back like they were supposed to. Very disappointed. I am very happy with Chase bank, they get 5 stars!

They are absolutely the best credit union I have ever dealt with. They have a customer for life in me. Thanks you SFCU!
