I have had Texell for years and I’m very happy with them. So happy with them, i hesitated to write this. I went to withdraw cash from their ATM in Belton. It was $400 and I expected to receive no bills smaller than 20s. I received a few 20s and lots of tens fives and ones. The stack of bills was so thick I could not put it in my wallet. If I had, it looked like I had thousands on me. Just asking to get robbed. This whole deal was very inconvenient.

I am not complete with my loan, but id like to give a special shout out to Tianna Salas. She has been great, fast, respectful, always there, and informative through this whole process and I cannot thank her enough! So far, this company and professionals have done a fantastic job! Thanks again y'all!

I have been a member with Texell since they were called Temple Area Credit Union. They are the best. They have the best customer service and very professional and helpful when you talk to them. Very quick response with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great bank that treats you like family.

My partner opened an account last August and never got the card (machine wasn’t working, totally fine as she has another bank so no rush) Fast forward to today, we opened the app and saw $0 dollars in her checking and -$5 in savings??? Apparently there was a data breach or something?? We weren’t informed and she was planning on using this account but now she can’t…
