I have been with this bank for 20 years and this used to be a really good place to bank but it has gone downhill horribly in the last year. They used to have their own fraud department and now they use a different fraud service and it's horrible!!! On October 30/2025 I was scammed on my debit card. I went to the bank the next day to get a new debit card and in November they returned my money. Today on 12/31/2025 they took the money back out of my account. I called the bank and talked to a VERY rude lady (Shauna) and she was honestly almost yelling at me for asking what the deal was. Yep I did tell her she was rude and she laughed at me so I called back and talked to another lady (Donna) and she was very helpful. When I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor to tell them how rude Shauna was I was hung up on? I guess they take care of each other because I sure don't take care of their customers! I will definitely be changing banks. So sad these people get paid decent and you ruin their day for asking a question....

I visited Red River credit union to take care of some property that was in my husband‘s name. He was deceased in September. I was directed to a loan officer, Casey Moore who helped me with securing a loan against my home in order to save family property. She was professional courteous, so helpful that I feel relief from all that I’m going through thanks. Go out to Casey for her, taking such good care of me.

Working with Josh at RRCU on my mortgage was a great experience. As a first time homebuyer, he made everything easy to understand, was quick to respond to questions and kept me updated the whole way. He and the RRCU team made this stressful process feel simple!

I like RRCU! I had opened my account online for Fresh Start Checking because I had problems with ChexSystems. I was worried that I would get denied a checking. But it was worth it. I didn’t have any problems with member services over the phone along with visiting the branches in Atlanta and Marshall. The staff is very helpful, professional and courteous. I wish there was a physical branch in Longview, Tyler and through East Texas. RRCU, are you considering about acquiring East Texas Professional Credit Union branches? Other than that, I’ve give RRCU 5 stars!

Heather believed in me and extended credit to me before any of my other financial institutions did. She exceeds the definition of a loan officer. If she is unable to service you, trust me its beyond her control....Id also like to commend Cara. Her customer service is phenomenal. I would recommend anyone who is going to keep their promise to pay to conduct business with Red River Credit Union of El Dorado AR.
