Huge thank you to Mark Venable in the loan office. He refinanced my truck for me today, it was a painless, 10/10 experience. I would recommend using this Credit Union for a loan to anyone. Thank you!

I have been a member of TEXAR since I was 20 years old. I have always loved how they treated me and how nice they have always been. For the past week I have been in contact with the Loan Advisor, Mark Venable. I can not say enough nice things about him!!!! He has been so patient with me and helping me through this process on finding a car. For about the past 4 business days he has ran so many numbers for me I know he is tired of it! I just want to give him a huge shout out. Buying a car for the first time by yourself is the scariest thing. He has been so supportive and has answered every question I have had. Thank you so much Mark!!!!!!!

We have several accounts here and I can tell you I'm reminded that im just a step child here,( I mean friend that no one wants.) Going into texar is like visiting an inmate at a federal prison. You go in wondering if it's a bank. I've only been at texar since '09 but man I wish they hadn't made some of the changes they did let alone close some of their locations. I know other members feel this way, they too have personal and business accounts with 815+ credit scores. I'm still not sure why they even set up business accounts. I've spoke to David Crenshaw on a few occasions and he acts like they don't care about doing any business loans let alone the accounts... LETS FACE IT OUR FRIENDS ARE AT TEXAR, BUT I WANT A BANK WHERE IM FAMILY. So where do we go??? bodcaw? NO rrfcu? NO State Bank? Ive tried once but willing to try again. Domino? NO. Farmers? MAYBE. Guaranty? MAYBE.

I had a large deposit go into my account. My husband withdrew 75$ about 4:30 am that morning. Around 7am we tried paying for our daughters cap and gown using our cards but both cards were declined. My husband tried cash app to our daughter so she could put the money in her account. It was declined also. He then went back to the atm and tried getting the money out to put in our daughters account. It was declined also. What is going on. Why has there been a hold seem like on my account. People do have things to do before y'all open
