I had an urgent issue that was very time sensitive and Briana G. was able to get her manager to put together what I needed and had it all emailed to me while I was still on the phone with her. She was fantastic. I believe Briana mainly works at the admin building for Amoco.

I love this credit union. I highly recommend it to everyone. All the members have the right to save money and invest it as they wish!!! I thank God for this credit union!!! My parents taught me to always say thank you when someone does something for you. I want to say thank you to everyone who works for Amoco. You always treat me respectfully. Most of all, I thank the Lord Jesus for His death and resurrection. What the Lord Jesus did gave me eternal life in Heaven!! He helped me too. He helped me to see I need to save money at Amoco!!!

They use to be a good bank. But they are not now anymore, I banked with them for years. It’s been so long I can’t remember. Just be careful. with them I had a bank account with them and they closed it because they said it’s got written down as a scam, it’s not a scam they just don’t understand. They closed my account and they don’t communicate with me. They just keep telling me there’s no account. And the only way I can get an account is to open a savings and I have to go inside to do deposits and take out the savings account. I can’t have anymore checking accounts and no more debt cards. So just be very careful with these people especially when they don’t understand how some of us go thru, hard times. And do your research before opening an account with any bank. Because I am doing research with banks and I been using online banking I think online banking is the future, better than traditional banking. Because these are the times. It’s the future that online banking is taking over and traditional banking is not going to do well, because some banks are closing down because online banking is taken over. Just do research on all banking because stepping in to one to open accounts. Try online banking like chime and Dave, maybe capital one. Just saying that I believe traditional banking is going to be out. and online banking is going to get more in this is the future like I believe. because it’s the future. People don’t have the time to visit banks inside anymore because of jobs and family’s etc. That’s why online banking comes in handy I believe. Stay safe out there and god blessed all of us. I am talked with attorney and lawyer online about how AMOCO did me. If they get sued not by me or someone else. I wouldn’t feel sorry for them. Just saying. Try to do your research. I have some depression and social anxiety. I am on medication for and I was a slow learner. That’s way I am just saying we have people that are disabled and have mental health issues. So it can be hard to understand something’s. I think traditional banking is fine for the elderly because they can have a hard time online banking. Just help them your love ones. With the traditional banking. And it’s good to be kind to all. God bless.

Keisha Hamilton was very helpful, kind and patient today. I recommend calling on video instead of calling through the phone because it’s much simpler.
