I’ve only been with CTCU for maybe a year now more than two, and I must say that I’m extremely impressed with not only the credit union but the people that work there also. They are very knowledgeable about their job and friendly every single time I go there. All of them are friendly but Adriana mostly does a lot of my wire transfers and she has been such a help and always letting me know what’s new offer they have coming up. You guys are like family and my only regret is that I should’ve been doing business with y’all a long time ago.

I am elated to leave this review regarding my experience with Amanda at the credit union. My goal was to transfer money from my account to my sister’s account at another credit union expeditiously. My sister was in need and it was Amanda that conveyed the possibility was present and easy to perform. Skeptical, I asked her to assist me with the process and she walked me through the task with professionalism, a tone pleasing to my ear, and focus to ensure the task was thoroughly completed! I was mesmerized by her actions and very appreciative of her demeanor. I thanked her for her assistance and was very grateful. I now live in another city, but still bank in Tyler because of the service I receive from CTCU. It is pleasing to know Amanda is at the credit union to help other members. She took the time with me that I needed. In today’s world, almost everything is rush, rush, hurry up, next call. It was quite refreshing to be aided by someone who made me feel my need was of importance to the business.
