This is a horrible bank, they will let scammers and fraudsters put bank accounts in your name so the fraudster could commit crimes and scams in your name, if the fraudsters or scammers gotten your information in some kinda way, they can come to this bank and open an account in your name, and this bank will not do their proper duties to make sure the identities match in no kinda of way. When you contact them they are very rudely they have attitudes, hang up in your face and don’t answer phones calls. When you trying to handle an identity theft case with them, they will not take it serious, they won’t help you if a fraudster/scammer open a bank account in your name illegally, they will brush you off as if it’s ok for these things to happen. This is not a bank you should trust your personal information with nor your money. Fraudster and scammer can come to this bank and do their dirty deeds here, by opening online loans accounts in other people names from other businesses, loan companies and getting their stolen funds deposited here , and this bank will allow it without consequences of the fraudster/scammer. This bank is not here to serve and protect customers in their best interest nor if you been a victim of identity theft they have 0% interest and intolerance into helping victims with their situation, they will literally tell you they can’t help you, even tho they allow illegal things to happen on their ends, because they don’t do their proper procedures, by make sure people having proper identification and taking things serious making sure things match up correctly as a bank, credit union, or any financial institutions. This is one of the worst bank you should bank with and trusting them with your information and your money.
