Fast, Efficient, and Outstanding Customer Service I had an exceptional experience at this branch. "Excellent service from start to finish" and was very impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism of staffs. One team member named Edith went above and beyond to assist and handle my request with great efficiency and successful accomplishment. Everything was processed smoothly and quickly and was completed in just 1 day. Truly outstanding customer service.

I have been a member for a very long time and have always received great service in the lobby and the drive through, even over the phone.. A couple of weeks ago, I lost my debit card, and called on the following business day to get a new one..I spoke to mercedes, and she was saying they could make me another one, and worked with another branch closest to me, to have it ready at the drive thru, since I didn't get off work until 5. I was very appreciative. Im very pleased with the excellent customer service i received, I feel like she went above and beyond. Thanks.

Your bank is awesome but let me tell you why it’s because of people like Ms.Edith Gonzalez whom make me feel special today. Ms Gonzalez went above and beyond for me today actually all Day. She allowed me to get back &849.00 today by informing me about sending my cancel confirmation emails and she was able to get my funds back to me in one day that I so desperately needed. Ms Gonzalez also called me to inform me more information was needed as I failed to do what she asked she is so nice and kind and great spirited and patient. She informed me and is very knowledgeable. She and other employees like her is why I feel I am a member at the best bank in Texas Gencofcu of Waco Texas

I have been banking with Genco FCU for 30+ years. Scott Hedges & his team are great to work with and make every transaction simple and quick. Their auto rates are always competitive and prices on optional items related to your loan (Gap insurance, extended warranty, credit life) are very affordable! The app makes managing your accounts very easy. And their fraud protection is amazing, I receive a text and/or phone call immediately when a transaction that is questionable is being processed. I highly recommend GENCO FCU for all your banking needs!

Genco on Valley Mills in Waco is an amazing place to trust with your banking needs. They have friendly staff that are willing to make things work for you to the best of their ability. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Hedges, who helped me get a car and get into a new place for my daughter and I. I'm so very grateful for their kindness because it was literally life changing for me.
