I have been banking here for years, and it has truly been the best customer experience I’ve ever had with any bank. The staff are personable, always greet me by my first name, and are consistently polite, friendly, and eager to help with all my banking needs. Their level of service makes me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this bank to my friends and family. Thank you, Linkage Family!

Best bank ever! Been using Linkage for years. I joined when it was Waco Postal CU. The staff makes you feel like you mean something. Best feeling is to call and they know you and call you by name ! Thank you all so much for making it feel so welcoming.

Love going to this credit union, everytime someone asks me for a recommendation I always say Linkage! Can never go wrong with going to this bank they treat everyone with kindness and like family! 10/10 would recommend!!!

It is fabulous to know your banker by name. This is almost a lost touch of customer service. To be able to call and speak with a live person and be remembered by name is wonderful. Linkage Credit Union is an excellent choice for your banking needs. We have done business with them for over 15 years and they consistently treat us very well. The processes are easy to follow and the PERSONAL touch is great. Robyn is and has been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much and we look forward to many more years of continued business.
