Tried opening a business account there, Manger required originally EIN(tax identification number)issued by IRS with the water mark on the issued letter. Manager also required my original government issued authority letter(DOT numbers) and State comptroller’s authorization letter. Why is so much info needed to open business account and who carries all that paperwork with them? Manager even told me she could get on computer and print a w-9 with my EIN Number on the form, implying I was lying about my business tax identification number. In closing, It seems like this CU has a selective membership process. It should not be that difficult to open a business account. Manger also told me they Do Not Do Any Wire transfers to include Zelle…

The app and website is just awful. Tried 6 times to do a transfer online never went through. Then I tried to sign in manually got locked out after 3 attempts

I was told that when Shazam goes down it places a 200.00 limit a day on all debit purchases. This makes zero sense to me. For two days in a row I've have had issues.
