I have been with them going on 15 years. I go to get an Auto Loan, they quote a 2% higher rate than another company and shorter term. It took two days to get an answer. Did not care for the slightest in giving two months pay stubs. Having to get the dealer to send a bill of sale over before processing it through all there management. They seem to communicate only by email. Seems a total different company than when I got my mortgage with them. If it was anything like what it is now compared to when I had my home financed would of never of used them. Poor customer service in returning calls and communication. Require more information than any lender I have used in the past.

I use to love this bank. Moving from it to another bank since I left Texas has been the biggest headache. Bad timing on my part that it was when they were getting ready to start their technology upgrade. However they decided to turn services off before their upgrade date with no notification. All communications from them stated the 28th of February but they started turning them of on the 25th. Save yourself some time and go with a large bank. They might be soleless but I haven't had issues like this with them.

I’ve been a loyal Texoma Community Credit Union member for over 20 years and have always valued supporting a local credit union. However, my recent experience at the drive-thru was extremely disappointing. I entered the line at 5:40 p.m. and pulled up to the window at 5:45. It was 6:02 when the teller finished processing my 14 deposits. The teller asked me “ can you get here sooner next time because we close at 6 p.m.?” I told him I arrived at 5:40, I thought 20 minutes was ample time to process 14 deposits . He then told me “then you need to combine all 14 deposits onto one ticket next time “. When I explained that that wasn’t possible due to our property management accounting system, his response was simply, “Whatever.”, and dropped the mini blind to the drive thru. After two decades of consistent business with TCCU, I expect professionalism and courtesy—especially when I arrived well before closing and waited patiently for more than 22 minutes. This interaction did not reflect the level of service I’ve come to appreciate over the years. I hope management addresses this so members can continue to count on respectful and efficient service.

Synthia was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable about setting up a business account. I would definitely recommend her and will reach out to her again for any other needs I have.
